Doctor Fee Processing

Calculation of medical services in the medical services module, allows for AP doctor staff to carry out the import, calculation, modification, and journal processing processes, up to the calculation of progressive taxes.

The features of calculating medical services at AFYA-HIS are:

SETUP

  1. Setup of medical services per doctor, either percentage or fixed amount.
  2. Setup of medical services per guarantor, type of care, and class of care.
  3. Grouping setup per group of doctors, so there is no need to re-setup for new doctors.
  4. Setup the calculation of medical services for the team of doctors, so that it is automatically divided into each doctor, including the calculation of the progressive tax.

Learning Management System Overview

A learning management system (LMS) is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of educational courses, training programs, or learning and development programs.

Learning management systems were designed to identify training and learning gaps, using analytical data and reporting. LMSs are focused on online learning delivery but support a range of uses, acting as a platform for online content, including courses, both asynchronous based and synchronous based. In the higher education space, an LMS may offer classroom management for instructor-led training or a flipped classroom. Modern LMSs include intelligent algorithms to make automated recommendations for courses based on a user’s skill profile as well as extract metadata from learning materials to make such recommendations even more accurate.

AFYA Self-Registration Kiosk (APM)

APM Overview

Self-Registration Kiosk or usually called as Anjungan Pendaftaran Mandiri (APM) or u is a machine or registration system that is directly carried out by outpatients at the hospital.

At first glance, this APM machine resembles an ATM machine, but its use is to register and get an SEP (Patient Egibility Letter) without going through the registration counter.

Patients can book a place for a polyclinic visit on D-30 before the day of the examination or a maximum of D-1 before the day of the examination.

For now APM is intended for outpatients without guarantors who make an appointment (scheduled) through AFYA-HIS and BPJS outpatients  who have scheduled appointments through the MJKN application.
